Envoy is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy at all times.

This privacy notice explains how Envoy collects, stores, and uses personal information, and your options concerning this data. Envoy’s current privacy policy or procedures are reflected on this web page. If any significant, material changes are made, Envoy will notify contacts via email before such changes go into effect. You can visit any Envoy website and remain completely anonymous by not providing any personal information. However, Envoy websites use cookies to remember visitors and collect information about site traffic and interactions for analytic purposes and to improve/customize browsing experiences. This may include navigational information related to your computer and details concerning your site visit (e.g., IP address, internet or network information, location, type of browser, referral source, length of visit and pages viewed). All site visitors on any page are immediately notified of Envoy’s use of cookies and tracking.

You will be prompted to give your consent before sharing any personal information such as name, email address, phone number, or mailing address on Envoy websites. Your personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties outside the related Envoy companies unless there is a need to disclose information to process a transaction or when the law requires it. Envoy has taken all reasonable measures to protect your information, which is securely stored digitally in Envoy’s CRM. In the event of a data breach, Envoy will notify all those affected plus the Colorado Attorney General and consumer reporting agencies.

Envoy uses personal information for marketing, educational, and account purposes. We may contact you with information we believe you may find beneficial. In addition, Envoy clients receive relevant and required account alerts and updates.

Upon request, you can access, correct, update, or delete personal information that Envoy has collected as long as it does not prevent Envoy from maintaining and servicing your account. Also, you can withdraw your consent or opt out of having your personal information collected, stored, or used by Envoy. To unsubscribe from Envoy email, simply click the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email or send your request to contactus@envoyfinancial.com.

Envoy websites are intended for those over 16 years old, and we therefore do not knowingly collect or store information about or from children. Please let us know immediately if you have any reason to believe Envoy has collected personal information concerning anyone 16 and under. Envoy will delete such information immediately.
